Slab report says the kid dead weight was 160 lb, at that age I was 180 and six foot. So the kid was a string bean. And why did the kid stay on the phone with his girl friend, you already answered that, he was a kid. Why in the world would someone be hunting him with a gun, he had not done anything.
From the article I’m linking to in my reply the guy states that the neighborhood the kid was walking through was largely minority and had numerous break ins and other criminal activity. That is why they started a neighborhood watch program.
