I'll be the first to admit that I don't know what happened that night.

But, the eyewitness account seems to indicate that there was some sort of scuffle that occurred prior to the shooting.

A fact CONVENIENTLY left out of all of the MSM reports that I have seen prior to this ...

Reactions:

#1 - I love how libs just assume that all white people are racist simply because they are white while said libs lecture us about not being prejudiced by skin color.

#2 - This guy was a Hispanic - how does this incident prove that white racism is a problem?

#3 - I love how the media is painting this kid as a completely innocent victim. He was expelled from his school at the time wasn’t he? Is it possible that this kid was a thug in training? I’m not suggesting that it was okay to shoot him. I’m just wondering if there is more to the story.

Obama seems to think the black vote will get him Florida and much more, lets skip the facts, particularly that there was a scuffle and that after interviewing witnesses, the police did not charge Zimmerman; probably because he did not commit a crime.

Lets use their tactics and remind everyone how Obama, Holder and the Black race baiters are trying to railroad an Hispanic man in Florida.

BTW that may well explain much of Heraldo’s statements of “hoody mitigation”.

You don’t need to be a racist to be an a****** or a jerk. We have a guy like that in my neighborhood who believes God or St. Michael has appointed him the parking vigilante of the region and if that clown had ever had a CC permit we’d have needed mass graves by now.

Any bets on when the rioting and looting begins? The Leftists (a/k/a racists) won’t be happy until there’s some footage of burning buildings and po’ folks running out of the local WalMart carrying flat screen TV’s and cases of beer.

George Zimmerman's history of putting his hands on people, provocation, overzealousness, harassment, lying, playing the victim, false accusations, profiling of black men and frivolous accusations which turn out dubious.

--------------------------------------------------------

Zimmerman makes up his own rules. The neighborhood gestapo.

neighborhood-watch manual.

The manual, from the National Neighborhood Watch Program, states: "It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers, and they shall not carry weapons or pursue vehicles. They should also be cautioned to alert police or deputies when encountering strange activity. Members should never confront suspicious persons who could be armed and dangerous."

-----------------------------------------------------

Zimmerman abused the 911 system, and wanted cops to harass black men based on no crimes committed.

Zimmerman harasses by calling the cops on people for no good reason. 46 calls were made over just 12 months and many were reportedly about black youths, who like Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman claimed were suspicious.

George Zimmerman: "There's two suspicious characters that came to my neighborhood. I've no idea what they're doing. They are just hanging out, loitering."
911 operator: "Can you describe the two individuals?"
Zimmerman: "Two African-American males."

another call................

Zimmerman tells authorities he's with neighborhood watch and has seen a man walking around the neighborhood in pajama pants walking around a resident's house.
Zimmerman: "This gentleman was walking in the neighborhood I've seen before on trash days, going around picking up trash. I don't know what his deal is."
911 operator: "White, Black or Hispanic?"
Zimmerman: "Black."

In other calls, Zimmerman tells authorities someone left their garage door open or that kids are playing in the street running out in front of cars.

A couple of weeks before Zimmerman shot Martin, according to a call, Zimmerman says he didn't want to approach a suspicious person himself.

Four of the six calls Zimmerman made to police start exactly the same way: He calls to report suspicious black men in his gated community. He uses the same languauge used in the call about Trayvon. "I don't know what his deal is."

----------------------------------------

Zimmerman follows people and tries to detain them, so they "won't get away."

In one case from 2003, Zimmerman, then 20 years old, said he witnessed a theft from a retail store. Zimmerman follows them in his car and tries to detain the suspects by blocking the entrance of the thieves neighborhood until authorities arrived, according to a report.

----------------------------------------------

Zimmerman provokes someone, then tries to play the victim, exaggerates to police, and tries to get them arrested on frivolous charges.

In another case, Zimmerman, then 19, was accused of tailgating. Zimmerman called police and followed the man in his car. Zimmerman claims battery by gum. The other man disputes this and called Zimmerman a liar. The other man says Zimmerman was acting like a nut on the road, tailgating him, and acting liked he owned the road. he spit his gum out the window in disgust. Then Zimmerman pulls up next to the other man's car and they start exchanging words. The other man says he thought Zimmerman was so out of control he was going to be attacked him. Zimmerman wanted this man arrested on frivolous exaggerated charges. battery by spitting gum out the window.

----------------------------------------

Zimmerman puts his hands on people as the aggressor, then downplays it and makes excuses

Zimmerman was at a bar near the University of Central Florida when a friend was arrested on suspicion of serving minors. Zimmerman became profane and pushed a law enforcement agent who tried to escort him away. Zimmerman was arrested in 2005 on charges of assault on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence

Zimmerman had no choice to admit the assault (too many witnesses) but claimed he didn't know the person he assaulted was a cop. He would never put his hands on a cop, if he knew. He has too much respect for police.

Zimmerman's assault on an Officer charge was plead down to simple battery and an agreement was made so he could retain his CC Permit whilst the charge would not appear on his record unless investigated. he entered a pre-trial diversion program that allowed him to have a clean record. When he applied for the citizen’s police academy, Zimmerman insisted he did not know the man he scuffled with was a cop.

----------------------------------------------------

Zimmerman accused of putting his hands on people as an aggressor, but then comes back with his own story to play the victim, after the fact

Only a month after assaulting a police officer, A woman accused Zimmerman of domestic violence.

In 2005, a woman filed a petition for an injunction against Zimmerman, claiming that he came to her house and became violent when she told him to leave, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Zimmerman, 21 at the time, filed a petition of his own in response.

The woman reported Zimmerman had arrived at her home Aug. 8 and asked to talk. Later, when she asked him to leave, she said, he insisted on staying and demanded documents she had. The woman said she offered to drop the papers off the following day, but Zimmerman became upset, took her cell phone and shoved her. A fight ensued, she said, and her dog bit Zimmerman's cheek. She filed a complaint. Only after a complaint was filed did Zimmerman cook up his own story. zimmerman plays victim.

Zimmerman filed his own petition the day after his ex-fiancée's, in which he claimed that she had been the aggressor in the fight. He said she called him Aug. 8 and invited him to spend the night. He said he declined to stay overnight, and his ex accused him of leaving to see another woman or to "party" with his friends. Zimmerman accused the woman in his petition of cursing at and striking him, and said she refused to give him documents, including mortgage papers and car-loan documents, that belonged to him. He said she caused the wounds to his face that she blamed on her dog. Both Zimmerman and his ex-fiancée reported in their petitions that the fight wasn't the first incident of violence between them.

The ex-fiancée reported that Zimmerman had "open handed smacked" her in the mouth and berated her during an argument in January 2003.

In November 2002, Zimmerman claimed his ex had assaulted him with a baseball bat after he went to a concert without her.

The same month, the woman said, Zimmerman became angry when she came home later than usual one night. He began groping her and "said he could because I was his woman," she wrote.
Protective injunctions were later ordered in response to both petitions. Both injunctions expired Aug. 24, 2006.

------------------------------------------------

Zimmerman makes false accusations with no proof

Zimmerman also accused a boyfriend of his exgirlfriend of slashing his tires on his truck. The man accuses Zimmerman of false accusations and harassment. Zimmerman harassed this man endlessly with text messages.

------------------------------------------------

Zimmerman abused his power, harassed and intimidated residents of Twin Lakes community

At an emergency homeowner’s association meeting on March 1, “one man was escorted out because he openly expressed his frustration because he had previously contacted the Sanford Police Department about Zimmerman approaching him and even coming to his home.” “It was also made known that there had been several complaints about George Zimmerman and his tactics" in his neighborhood watch captain role.

Local blog LezGetReal says that anonymous neighbors also complained of Zimmerman bringing his gun to Neighborhood Watch meetings and calling the rest of the members “drunks, trouble-makers and lunatics”.

An unnamed member of the homeowner's association says they never heard any complaints about Zimmerman. (worried about a big lawsuit so covering their butt LOL )

Zimmerman's father says, "At no time did George follow or confront Mr. Martin".

What a load of BS.

The way this thing is being handled in the media reminds me so much of the Duke Lacrosse case.

The hype transcends the search for the truth. This guy has already been convicted without a trial.

Listening on Hannity now...

Regarding the quote "They always get away..."

It sounded to me that this was a longer statement that was paused to take a breath.

Zimmerman was not lamenting that "They always get away."

Zimmerman was reporting to 911 that "They always get away... [breath] through the back gate."
