You may wish it to be filled with Rush fans, but any Freeper can comment in any which way they like. Isn't that what this forum of Free Republic is all about?

The fact that I’m a 24/7 subscriber indicates that I like Rush, and he would be the last one to say he is immune from criticism. I’m sure he appreciates all the lapdogs here defending him. Maybe he’ll send you an iPad.
More importantly, Rush himself has said he has to do better in the number of calls he accepts. So, if you don’t like callers have it out with Rush. Rush himself realizes he is not being sufficiently responsive to his audience.
As a long time listener, I’ve noticed that he treats his audience with less respect. I was making what I thought was a valid comment considering that he is really leaning on that listener support in his current troubles.
Whether you want to hear callers or not, no one has addressed the issue I brought up. The fact is Rush does have a talk show and he takes callers. I’m just saying if you are going to take callers why take them 30 seconds before a station break. Not classy at all.
I still think the way he left Marta dangling out there on the CPAC stage for 40 minutes says a lot about why he has had 3 or 4 wives.
The point you make about listening to Rush just to hear Rush is your preference. It is not a fact. A fact is something that applies to all. Since Rush does take calls he should heed his own recriminations.
Since, as you say, personal attacks are your turf, I am not expecting any reasoned discussion from you.
