Finney makes a serious accusation with no basis in fact (or reality, for that matter). I would say this borders on slander. It’s time that conservatives begin to hold people like this accountable for their accusations.

Finney makes a serious accusation with no basis in fact (or reality, for that matter). I would say this borders on slander. Its time that conservatives begin to hold people like this accountable for their accusations. I was going to say the same thing. Rush broke no laws. This could be slander, libel or defamation. Certainly there is precedence for a suit in the civil court system.
