There has to be a police report of the incident, though am hearing (via talk radio) the varying theories (no facts) which would place the police report in question. As is, the police report being questioned (imho), is cause to believe Summer is going to probably be hotter than desired on the crime front. Prayer to be wrong.

There are police reports that have been made public. The Sanford police have said that they conducted a fair and complete investigation and it welcome state and federal officials to review their findings.
