One slight overstatement, and I do mean slight, and all the Newt Pelosi lovers bring out the long knives. Well if Santorum does go away, the only one left standing is Etch a sketch Romney.

It's almost comical to see the Newt crowd just gloat over this gaffe. They would rather a true liberal get the nod, than a man who has been bashed for years by the left as being too conservative. Admittedly, his conservative credentials aren't perfect, but he's the only one with a shot at derailing Romney and the Newtbots couldn't care less. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. At least Drudge, being totally in the tank for Romney has an excuse.

I think Obama and Romney are the same. Romney won’t get my vote in the General. Santorum and Newt will get my vote in the General. GOPe - beware of nominating an Obama clone in Romney. I am writing in either Sarah, Santorum, Cain, Bachmann or Newt. That is the biggest problem I face if Romney gets the nomination.....Who to write in????
