Witness have said Martin was on top, beating Z.
Z had injuries/bleeding from the nose and head. If Martin initiated the physical violence, is that not criminal?
My mistake, as Martin was not aware of who this man was, he should have waited and took a bullet, then pounded the crap out of him.
