While she is somewhat right - healthcare is expensive as hell for a lot of self-employed folks, she’s clearly out of touch with Americans. You don’t just go become a writer or photographer or “whatever” unless you want to live in a van down the river while pursuing your “whatever” dreams.

Yes, all those qualifiers. You have to want freedom, and pursue a career in something with little hope of immediate financial gain, and insist on being insured, and presuambly have preexisting conditions, and not care about your freedom being subsidized by others (granted, this includes basically everyone these days), etc. Does anyone honestly think the Founders had *all* that in mind? They were greater geniuses than I thought.
