Actually, that's a very astute observation.

Reality itself is "racist" because it doesn't not pander or cater to those who feel aggrieved by so-called racial injustice. Reality and evolution and natural selection have no affirmative action.

Actually it was Africans that came up with the theory
of evolution thousands of years ago but racist white Darwin stole that idea claiming it as his own...(sarcasm on)

It looks like a "supplemental instruction leader" is basically a combination of student tutor and study group organizer. Back when I was in college that type of work was paid at or a couple dimes above minimum wage. Talk about job title inflation.
