Romney says Bush [and Paulson] saved America from another Great Depression

Mitt Romney decided to give a great big hug to… George W. Bush and the bank bailouts:

“I keep hearing the president say he’s responsible for keeping the country out of a Great Depression,” Romney said at a town hall in Arbutus, Maryland. “No, no, no, that was President George W. Bush and [then-Treasury Secretary] Hank Paulson.”

Could the GOP have found a bigger idiot than Romney to run for President? I don't think it's even possible.

Though we are going to have to see if we are going to have a normal one this year given how we are looking at a potential war in Iran, we have what N.C. governor said about suspending congressional elections so you know they are thinking it, DHS labeling those who believe in the rule of law as terrorists, a GOP establishment that seems more willing to work with keeping power concentrated in D.C., all the warning signs are there and few see it.
