Why is Holder stalling? The question should be why the he** is the fed involved at all? This is a local crime, not a fed crime. The only reason Holder has his a** stuck into it is because the dead guy is black. Were this a black guy shooting a white 17 yo male there would be no fed investigation.
They're probably trying to figure out how to arrest any and all Republicans in the entire state of Florida... for something or the other.
