Britain’s Sky News network is reporting that negotiations with the suspect in the Toulouse terror attack, who is currently under siege in his apartment, have failed. An elite French police unit is preparing to raid the building.
They’ve got it wrong. If they go in there and kill him, negotiations have succeeded.
If he dies slowly and in agony, negotiations were outstandingly successful.
