I only have a couple of libs close to me and they’re not going to get it until they’re standing knee deep in smoking rubble. It’s not generally how I act but I am going to rub it in when the time comes.
Easy for Gates to say since he could hire a thousand doctors, buy a hospital, a research facility and a pharmaceutical company and pay for it all in one lump sum.

The target audience for this ad is independents or folks who might be on the edge. But maybe it will shock a liberal into doing something sensible.
