It appears that foreign nationals are starting to get serious about demanding freebies from the U.S. taxpayers. It’s weird how the buffoons that the moronic voters elected stood and cheered the greedy invaders on. Geeesh.

Giving a standing ovation to these law-flaunters is a contemptuous spitting in the face of legal immigrants and citizens.

It’s nothing short of high treason.

Sort of Michael J. Fox moment. And like that moment ... BS. Let them go back to their country of origin and prance around in their walkers.

No lawmakers protested recognition of the undocumented immigrants

And we wonder why this country is going to hell in a hand basket.

"These are young people exemplifying true leadership and commitment to civic engagement," said Assemblyman Ricardo Lara

Why don't they do that in their own country? From what I've seen, Central and South America sure could use some "true leadership and commitment to civic engagement" down there. We've already got enough of that here in this country.

Let me see if I have this straight.

1. 5 "undocumented"/illegal aliens can openly and brazenly walk from California to Washington, D.C.---across the middle of the country over 2000 miles---and nobody in the federal immigration agency dares to arrest them?

2. Am I missing something here?

3. At the very least, shouldn't law enforcement authorities arrest them before they even leave California, because they have already admitted that they are "undocumented"/illegal aliens?

4. It seems to me that the new illegal immigration strategy is this: If we come out openly and admit to the point of bragging that we are "undocumented" (I never could understand the difference between the terms "undocumented" and "illegal alien"), then we can stay here as long as we want, because nobody will dare to bother or arrest us anymore because of the ugly publicity such arrests may bring to the federal government.

5. Again, what am I missing here when 5 undocumented persons can walk 2000 miles across the country without being arrested at the beginning of their 2000 mile walk?

6. Why just 5? Maybe next time it will be 50, and then hundreds, and then thousands of "undocumented"/illegal aliens walking 2000 miles across the middle of the United States in protest against our immigration laws and nobody dares to arrest them.

7. I don't know about others here, but something is wrong with this picture, and the picture is an insult to every law-abiding American.

8. On second thought, I would like to see thousands of illegal aliens walking the 2000 miles across this great country without being arrested, because it will show American citizens and voters how out of control President Obama's immigration policy is.

9. Such a 2000 mile march will also awaken Americans across the country to how brazenly illegal aliens have become: They now seem to feel that they can parade and openly insult American citizens without fear that somebody will arrest them.
