Of course a guy who thinks he’s a delta operative would think to lawyer up. It’s part of the play that’s being enacted. But, that’s another discussion.

During the aftermath of Haditha EVERYTHING that was said had happened was eventually turned on its head. Initial sensationalism proved to be nothing like the truth.

Agreed. We’re simply going off of the most recent news reports. There seems to be video recording of his return to his FOB. Hopefully that will be released at some point to at least clarify the circumstances of his return.
