This was exactly the situation when John Murtha started shooting off his mouth about “and they killed innocent civilians in cold blood.”

This is reminiscent of Murtha shooting his mouth off in the Haditha case.

I can’t believe all the info coming out on this incident and much of it conflicting when SSgt. Bales hasn’t even been charged. There’s little doubt he will be but the people releasing this info to the media should be nailed because he does have a presumption of innocence.

The Murtha lovechild looks like he crawled back under his rock, it’s where he belongs.

You are correct, smooth, no charges have been made. According to this report, Lawyer: Bales wasn't drunk and can't remember he's expected to be charged by the end of the week. Does this seem fairly quick compared to other high profile military cases?
