Bristol Palin Asks Obama 'When Should I Expect Your Call' Concerning Maher's Remarks About Me?
By Noel Sheppard | March 19, 2012 | 16:17
In the wake of President Obama calling Georgetown University law student and women's rights activist Sandra Fluke to discuss Rush Limbaugh's remarks, Bristol Palin, the daughter of the former Alaska governor, posted a question to the current White House resident Sunday.
"Mr. President, When Should I Expect Your Call?"
Dear President Obama,
You dont know my telephone number, but I hope your staff is busy trying to find it. Ever since you called Sandra Fluke after Rush Limbaugh called her a slut, I figured I might be next. You explained to reporters you called her because you were thinking of your two daughters, Malia and Sasha. After all, you didnt want them to think it was okay for men to treat them that way.
After sharing a quote from the President concerning why he called Fluke, Palin continued:
But heres why Im a little surprised my phone hasnt rung. Your $1,000,000 donor Bill Maher has said reprehensible things about my family. Hes made fun of my brother because of his Downs Syndrome. Hes said I was f-d so hard a baby fell out. [...]
If Maher talked about Malia and Sasha that way, youd return his dirty money and the Secret Service would probably have to restrain you. After all, Ive always felt you understood my plight more than most because your mom was a teenager. Thats why you stood up for me when you were campaigning against Sen. McCain and my mom you said vicious attacks on me should be off limits.
Yet I wonder if the Presidency has changed you. Now that youre in office, it seems youre only willing to defend certain women. Youre only willing to take a moral stand when you know your liberal supporters will stand behind you.
For those questioning whether this is really Palin's blog, her mother tweeted a few hours ago:
Bristol has a new blog at Patheos. Her recent post asks some excellent questions of our President. Please click... fb.me/1CSEysvGi Sarah Palin (@SarahPalinUSA) March 19, 2012
That said, Palin was 100 percent correct.
The hypocrisy of Obama on this matter is astonishing - even more astonishing than the media's complicity.
They should all be ashamed of themselves.
Brava, Bristol! Brava!
He is an innocent bystander in a empty suit. PhonyBama!
I hope Newt brings her campaigning.
Bristol has really matured throughout the years..she has that mama grizzly in her which I love. BRAVO BRISTOL for speaking out, her blog is great! But Bristol, just know that Obama won’t be calling you, he only makes a fuss when something is said about a liberal, to appease his far left base, otherwise he’s as quiet as a mouse
Sorry, did a Search and nothing came up.
So do I.
Of course, if he does, the same bunch of “conservatives” (sorry, just barfed a little) here and elsewhere that ran her into the ground over her taking part in those “wholly un-American” activities of speaking her mind and supporting the candidate of her choice about a year ago will be back.
Get ready for the deluge of asinine “Trademark” comments, and all the others that deluged the conservative websphere all over again.
A Palin draws political breath? Can’t have that....
Burn!
This one is Newsbusters, the other is Fox News.
Mice everywhere deserve an apology for that statement!
That’s gonna leave a mark!
“If Maher talked about Malia and Sasha that way, youd return his dirty money...”
I actually think Bristol was wrong about that. He’d take the money in a skinny minute, and throw his spawn under that big bus.
He should call Bristol and he should return the money.
He would absolutely keep the money, then the dems would perform Gold Medal Olympic caliber gymnastics explaining how this is a teaching moment on how ‘bad’ money can ultimately be turned to good purposes, then condemn/fund-raise off how evil right wingers were attempting to deny the American people all the good this money could do.
For the children.
Will find a mouse tonight and be sure to apologize to it, I’ll even bow LOL
No, it won’t.
They have already told us what they think of Bristol Palin and her family, and they could care less what nasty remarks are made about them.
$1,000,000 donor Bill Maher or as Obama would call him a fish on the line.
To be an idiot would be a step up for Maher.
At 21 yrs. of age, Bristol Palin is closer to Obama’s daughter’s ages than is the much ballyhooed Sandra Fluke, who is 31 or 32. Fluke is about as young and innocent as is the ancient cow in my neighbor’s pasture - or if compared to a fruit; she’s been on the tree too long.
(Oh, and “ballyhooed” does not mean something naughty, Laz.”
Lets not forget the lack of outrage from the Won and the left in general when the Homo wing went off on her a few months back in a bar during filming for her show.
They tried blaming HER for the lefty’s drunken homo outburst if I remember correctly - and of course I do ;)
This BS turning even indys off to the left. I hope they keep it up.
