When did congress pass the resolution/law to remove that phrase from our coins?

It had better be somewhere on the coin.
Sooner or later, something will be the “last straw” and this country will revolt.

I don't have as much problem with where the words are located as I do with WHY IS THERE A COIN FOR THEM TO BE LOCATED ON AT ALL!!
How many times do we have to go through this? How many million of the previous dollar coins are sitting around in government wharehouses?
People DON'T WANT a dollar coin. Why can't those fools in Washington get it through their thick heads.

In 2007 some were minted without the motto by mistake and were released into the wild. I believe, if this is one of those, you might have a winner. If newer, ignore this message.

“Sooner or later, something will be the last straw and this country will revolt.”
If the smart phones are working, and Real Housewives of some city are on, it won’t happen.
Revolution is born of pain. The sheeple are content if they have the things mentioned. I think the average American doesn’t even grasp what American culture is about, or what liberty means.

Personally I think that the next step will be an American coin minted with the words: “There is no god but Allah....” in Arabic.
And our congresscritters will bow reverently towards the White Hut.

People DON'T WANT a dollar coin. Why can't those fools in Washington get it through their thick heads. It is not that the American People don't want a dollar coin. We just don't want a dollar coin that looks like a quarter.
