Sounds like you’re trying to write fiction, but you don’t have the plot figured out yet.
First you say obuma’s “forces” won’t attack the military, but they’ll make “examples” of miltary members.
Who are obuma’s “forces?” Let me guess: Pedro the roofer will join with the 50 ChiComm divisions hiding in the Texas sagebrush.
How will these “forces” make it past the perimeter to “make examples” of those who “rise up.” How will obuma’s clowns make their getaway after they “make examples?” Where will they run?
If you had even a mediocre understanding of history and the military culture, you could have come up with a better fictional plot.

Geez. Are you that dense? Look at who agreed with the repeal of DADT? Generals, Admirals, Colonels, Captains. The senior officers who have a large pension waiting and lucrative consulting careers will go along with anything the politicians come up with.
When I say “make examples”, I’m talking about the senior officers making examples of anyone who risks their pensions and retirements by rising up to fight Obama. I’m not talking about the lawn guys kidnapping and torturing a soldier to death.
If they’ll go along on DADT, they’ll go along with anything as long as Obama does it gradually. He won’t go extra-constitutional until the very end-game is in play.
I’ll assume that you are or were a Sergeant from your name. I was an E-6 myself, so I have some understanding of military people too. I know that they may sacrifice themselves for the common good, they aren’t going to sacrifice their family’s lives. The brass can ruin their family in a bad economy by turning them out of the military with a dishonorable. People will do some ugly things for their kids.
If you think that’s fiction, then I won’t wrestle in the mud with you anymore because your narrow view of reality isn’t worth my time.
