You are still assuming that Santorum would automatically get 100% of Newt's voters. When repeated polls give that advantage to Romney.

You have a tendency to base your views on hypotheticals, and you rabidly defend your position on that basis. It's your choice to avoid realistic outlooks or outcomes, so don't assume that because someone points out the facts, based on realistic data, that it equates their preference for a certain candidate.

When you keep repeating that rhetoric, it makes you look ignorant and disingenuous.

Let's give it a try and see. Have Newt come out and withdrawal his support and give it all to Santorum. If he would give a great speech on Monday endorsing Santorum in Illinois, Santorum would win decisively. By the way, he did not need 100 percent of Newt's vote in Ohio....just one percent. So your ignorance is pretty sad.

THe last two polls I just read here both showed that, in their respective states, Gingrich leaving would help Santorum.

Maybe other polls show different — if you know of any, post them.
