Around February 23 this was news in the world, but did not get reported on in America. I don’t know if it continues today, as I still have not seen news coverage on the subject.

Chile was having riots. They were under a media black out and Gov’t had shut down the internet and cell phones. Links from around the world on the subject:

I posted this info to another thread March 8. One poster followed up with this commment:
