OBAMA new executive order establishes COMMUNISM.

Nationalization and control of manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and people by the state. IN OTHER WORDS: COMMUNISM.

Also note the classification and need for fertilizer:
(d) “Fertilizer” means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient.

WTF is going on? The E.O.s are coming fast and furious as either a prelude to war or mass internment, IMO.
