That would be part of what I’m saying. Kids who are typically non-violent don’t come out swinging. So unless the kid can be shown to have violent tendencies, I’m inclined to think the guard is lying.

But we’ll see how it goes down in court.

The guard will only need to testify convincingly that the kid attacked him. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. Zimmerman has no obligation to prove that his assailant attacked other people previously.
