Just watched the video. First time I have seen it even though I try to follow all these threads thanks to Lucy. I think it is consistent with what I have opined on this thread. Now, my question is, why aren't Postal Inspectors interested in this violation of Postal Rules (forging a date on an official document)? Any postal worker caught backdating an Income Tax form would be fired. Can't tell you how many times I have had a postal patron ask me to back date an Income Tax form on Apr.16. It's just something not worth losing a job over.

Arpaio says he has found someone to agree to investigate the postal stamp forgery and I suspect it is one of two postal inspector groups...
