The rational person inside me says there is no such thing as bad publicity and the more free publicity the GOP candidate and process get, the better.
Right. It’s great free publicity. Too bad that the nominee will have spent his war chest fighting a primary and then only have two months to fund raise for the real election.
But it’s not like money is important for the presidential election or anything. It’s cool. Those guys will get some time on TV at the convention! No sweat. It’s free pub.
