I can’t speak for Alabama but Mississippi most certainly is. I saw one (1) person vote in the Democrat primary in the time I was at the poll, an older black lady. I saw several young black men vote in the Republican primary. I suppose they are Thomas Sowell or Alan Keyes fans . . .
