I predict this grill is incompatible with UK connectors.
American DVDs are playable ,as long as you ‘unlock’ your player with a code sequence first. i.e. tray open, enter code ,tray shut.
Hardware stores sell all the connecters and plugs needed to convert anything from US to UK specs ,be it gas or electric.
There was a picture a few years ago in a paper of David Cameron operating a grill.
