The suspect left the courthouse and was inside the XCEL building two blocks from the courthouse at Milam and Park, next to the Chamber of Commerce. Employees were able to take away his gun and police took him into custody. The man was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
One woman in her 20’s was taken by ambulance to a hospital. She had several gunshot wounds.
Another victim was also taken to Christus with several gunshot wounds.

CNN live coverage—they can’t confirm but it may have to do with a defendant in “Judge Stevens’ courtroom”, a man accused of sexually assaulting his mentally challenged daughter?
I’m gonna go way out on a limb here and predict that the woman in her mid-20’s is the wife and the elderly woman that was killed is her attorney. This sounds like a family court thing.
I could be dead wrong, and if I am, well, I was wrong. :-)
