CNN projects that Santorum wins Alabama! Looks like Romney is trailing in third by 7 points right now!
Mississippi still too close to call.
These are proportional states, everybody takes a share by the percentage they took. So Romney did way too good tonight. He walks away with about 50 or 60 delegates from both states. Newt is so close to Santorum, that he will only be a few delegates behind. All three candidates can call this a draw, since everybody but Paul took a strong share.
After tonight, Romney will be over the halfway point.
CNN projects that Santorum wins Alabama! Rush/Levin like Santorum, Fox likes Mitt, and Big Media likes Obama.
So where does that leave Newt??
