We haven't even managed to get to a trial for this murdering Islamist, one that is manifestly guilty of mass slaughter of American citizens on American soil.
My guess is that the Obamaites are making sure that Hasan doesn't go to trial any time before the election.
It is a dreadful symptom of the Obamaite extremism in the White House that our military cannot even start a trial of this disgusting murderer in less than 3 years.
