I wonder what the ATF thinks this is?

Don't they consider anything that fires more than one round with a single pull of a trigger to be a Class III firearm, and subject to NFA '34?

I think you are right and it will be classified as a new machine gun and it will not be imported into the USA.

It looks like it has two triggers ?

In the event of a jam on one side, no problem just keep shooting.
