I have asked the same. Either we are protecting his family, or he is a Muslim.
It seems if he were Muslim, it would be good to get that out their because it might calm the natives a little to know the murders were at the hands of one of their fellow barbarians.
Anyway, it is odd that we know he is a Sgt., where he served, and his time in Iraq, but we haven’t heard his name.
He’s not a Muslim. His name is withheld until formal charging to protect his rights and his family.
This is a terrible, terrible event.
That’s the VERY first thing I thought, too—he might be a Muslim! Then, when we did not hear his name, I really started to wonder if I were not right. We may or may not see...
Methinks the sergeant might be a Muslim.
