Frontal lobe injury I know can be associated with changed, erratic, sometimes violent behavior.
However many brain-injured persons are absolutely harmless, including those who are able to resume somewhat normal lives.

I am 1000% behind this soldier.
He is a poster child for all the failed policies and bad decisions of this and the last administration.
