He's not from a coal mining town...he was raised in Butler, Fleabag town, PA.....and rarely associates with it unless it helps his career.....
Make no mistake...everyone in pa knows Rick will come downon whatever issue bests moves his career....and a history of doing just that...he will do like wise if he gets into WAshington....his ego is much like OBamas he just has a Boyish look.

I have no idea exactly what town he is from. But if it was Butler it is not true. Butler, like he said, has always been industrial. From making street cars for the nation to making Pullman train cars and a few steel mills around.
Butler is NOT a coal mining area.
