Republicans should start to take notice of the fitness of the judiciary. If a judge rules something Constitutional or un-Constitutional, and is later corrected by the final court of competent jurisdiction, that original, offending judge should be brought up for removal based upon incompetence. It’s clearly in the best interest of the citizenry that those who judge the the law should at least be able to understand its proper application.
