Maybe it is time to start the war. It is certainly time for Texas to secede. I would like to see Rick Perry tell the Federal government to take a hike. He would redeem himself in my eyes from his terrible debate performance.

Obama is a coward. He can game up, as long as he’s not opposed. He’ll chicken out. The DOJ cannot enforce against a law, but just go to court. By the time that’s done, the Texas Gov. has already organized the election.
The DOJ accusation is preposterous: NO ONE can prove a negative. Like Obama, Holder is an intellectual midget. He tried to stop oil drilling on private land in North Dakota over ... 8 dead birds, apparently found near oil wells, but the judge threw the case out as “frivolous”.
