The Headline uses the word "blocked" but the text actually says "objected" and all that has been done is...

I don't see anything that actually blocks anything, unless the author of the article left out info about a judge issuing a ruling or injunction.
And, as usual, in these hit pieces we see nobody wanted to hang their name on this, it is just from "Foxnews."
