The Russians can easily make up that money. One of the reasons why they are sticking by Syria is becauste lost a $4 billion dollar contract with Libya.
Make up all that money out of thin air? When was the last time Russian navy or airforce made a big ticket purchase of a brand new fighter or submarine/aircraft carrier? Where is the money?
Libya just fell apart and Syria is going down that road next. Yeah right, stick with Syria. /s
