Wrong. KS caucus elects BOUND delegates!

3 at large to popular vote winner.
3 to each of the 5 congressional district winners.
22 distributed proportionally to candidates getting 20% state wide. All votes for candidates under the 20% threshold are thrown out for purposes of allocating delegates
