Seen on a bumper sticker in Maine: "Don't like abortion? Then don't have one."

Well, lefties..."if you don't like Rush; then change the station."

KMA, you power-mad marxist control freaks...

Yes, they should change the station if they don’t like it. As I said they used to have a prog talk station (at AM 870) but it flopped (well they still have NPR). In 2004 when Air America was launched, their Jon Sinton predicted “in five years we’ll have 500 stations just like Rush”. In five
years, they had a few dozen...and were bankrupt.

People made the choice. The vast majority chose conservative hosts like Rush. There’s a reason why he’s paid $50 million a year. The free market should decide, not a government mandated “fairness doctrine”. Your radio station, or your business, flops, too bad. Rush on the
other hand had been a rousing success.

The logging industry (lumber, pulp, firewood) is big business in Maine.

I once saw a bumper sticker which said,

“Opposed to logging? Then wipe your a$$ with plastic.”

Except the two dollar signs on the bumper sticker actually had two “ss’s”.
