That story is disgusting. It made me think of an idea. Anytime a cop is shot, there should be a full investigation into why the cop was put in a situation where he could be shot and whether it was necessary to be in that situation. If it wasnt necessary, then everyone who signed off on the mission should be charged as accessories to murder in a criminal case.
