Three people connected to Jose Guerena, the man shot and killed during a SWAT raid in May 2011, were arrested on drug and money laundering charges Thursday morning.

That’s just your cop-hating feelings. You have no standing.
They knew where he worked.
Why not set up in the parking lot with a couple undercover cops, and surprise and arrest the suspect before he got to his vehicle. Walk right by him and whammo...he's under arrest. Then search his home.
What is so difficult about that? Why shoot up a home full of kids, women and neighbors etc?
They had a search warrant for the house.
Ya walked right by the bold
In fact, if they even thought this individual was dangerous or posed a threat to LE, why did they no simply arrest the suspect and while he was detained/under arrest, search his home?
The man pointed a gun at the cops and they shot him. That’s what always happens. It will never change.
Lesson: Never point a gun at a cop.
It is what YOU posted on your profile page!!! Are you saying that if your a cop, it doesn’t matter???That cops are above the law???

This from the guy whining about "defamation" a few posts upthread? Why don't you tell JimRob what you think of his "echo chamber" and see how he likes it?
“Apparently, now I’m a “sovereign”.”
It makes it so much easier to justify killing you if you can be fit into one of the DHS categories for potential domestic terrorists, donchaknow? Makes it easier on the conscience as well, they call it “dehumanization”.
Whittling away at The List. Good job, Arrowhead1952.
Where’d ya go donna?
You seemed to have run for the tall grass..
Lets talk!
Because they were not going to detain him?
It’s boring talking to you because you have no sources or facts to discuss. All you have is your hatred.
Well heck Drag, that wouldn’t be any fun for the little dicks now would it? Missing out on getting to gear up with all of their toys, a few steroid blasts for the road, into their attack rigs and THEN getting to execute somebody. Last but not least, they would miss out on a beer call at the nearest pub, glasses raised all around to celebrate another exciting day playing Rambo....followed by a rousing chorus of ‘For he (the ‘perp’) was a jolly good fellow’ doing things your way.
Oh, please. They weren’t going to detain him, yet they felt a need to break into the home within 8 seconds? It takes me 8 seconds to register that someone’s at the door, let alone getting to the door.
So what you're saying is the cops lied to the judge in order to get a warrant , to a home where there was no evidence or crime.
Sources regarding what specifically?
All you have is your hatred.
This seems to be the same exact lines the leftist use.
It's ironic, when the Democrats are in power, government is suddenly honorable and good for you.
Good post.
It’s interesting to see who here actually supports these types of government actions.
Well said. I think you have flushed out a bleeding heart liberal Drag.

That’s what YOU say. I don’t know what was in the warrant. They did find a stolen gun.
I don’t hate cops; I don’t love them either. Answer my questions:
If the federal government is letting illegal aliens gain citizenship by serving in our military and then letting them use their learned skills to do home invasions all over Arizona, what kind of training to you think local cops should receive since they are the only authority trying to handle the problem?
How many shots would you fire if you were the cop trying to serve a warrant on a marine with a gun who lives in a world where he expects other drug runners to do a home invasions on him, just like he does on others?
Id like to meet the cop who would volunteer to risk his life to politely knock on the door to serve that warrant.
