Do they teach Common Sense 101 and Ethics in Journalism at Harvard? Didn't think so.
” - - - I have to wonder just how smart people have to be to Graduate Harvard.”
Maybe you can answer your own question by answering this question:
“What politician that attended Harvard has ever made a positive financial impact on the US Federal Government?”
BTW, take your time, I’ll check back tomorrow. If you need more time, I’ll understand.
I have a neighbor’s son that recently graduated Harvard. His friend, with higher grades and test scores, didn’t get accepted. The boy that was accepted had more “community service” hours so I guess that’s what they’re looking for now. He told me getting in to Harvard was much more challenging that graduating from Harvard. When his fellow classmates compared academic stats, they even couldn’t figure out what Harvard was looking for. All white kids so not the “diversity” excuse. Meanwhile, the friend that didn’t get accepted went to SUNY Binghamton and in my opinion received a better education and owes a lot less.
You don't. You just have to be smart/connected/fit the demographic/wealthy enough to get in. I know plenty o' Harvard grads who have told me this point blank.
