Local news reporting 2 dead at Western Psych Hospital in Oakland,PA. Cops & SWAT going room to room in Hospital. Gunman walked into lobby and began shooting. 6 wounded including one cop. Local schools and University in lockdown.

Witness who was in the lobby at the time reports man walked into lobby with a handgun and began shooting towards receptionist. Two armed guards/cops on duty returned fire. Witness says everyone hit the deck.
