SAN DIEGO (AP) Marine Sgt. Gary Stein first started a Facebook page called Armed Forces Tea Party Patriots to encourage service members to exercise their free speech rights. Then he declared that he wouldn't follow orders from the commander in chief, President Barack Obama.
While Stein softened his statement to say he wouldn't follow "unlawful orders," military observers say he may have gone too far.

My point was made inordinately clear in 14 and #18.
Again, it’s no secret, young people are taken total advantage of and make really bad decisions on a regular, routine basis.
This is not even disputable.
Soldiers, sailors and Marines should avoid making any kind of political or partisan statements while in uniform. The military is not partisan and the uniform should not be dishonored by such activity.
2) We are required to follow the orders of the POTUS, whether we like it or not. Thats the game we signed up for. ETS if you dont like it.
So how do you reconcile not following unlawful orders with following the unlawful orders of the POTUS?
IOW, you can follow unlawful orders, as long as they are given by the President of the United States. Do I have that right?
