Sorry, but if Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and all Obama’s hidden history didn’t make an impression with the 53% who voted for him, him publicly promoting another loser-leftist 20 years ago certainly won’t.
Agreed.
Obama’s acolytes either do not care about his past, or are actually IMPRESSED by his radicalism.
What we must do is think very carefully about this.
Visual links that can be seen with the naked eye are the most powerful.
In 2008, the Obama-Wright link was not visual, it was verbal.
See? (A picture is worth how many words?)
Of course, no one knows much about Bell. They should have warmed up by bringing in Tom Sowell to fill the public in about this fanatic Bell.
“Sorry, but if Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and all Obamas hidden history didnt make an impression with the 53% who voted for him, him publicly promoting another loser-leftist 20 years ago certainly wont.”
Sadly, you are 100% correct.
Speaking of percentages, I would expect Obama to get -at least- 45-47% of the vote this time around, and that constitues only his “guaranteed starting point”. His final total may be several percentage points higher.
We’ve become a “divided nation” now. And a large minority of the population are predisposed to vote for the socialists. There’s almost nothing we can do (short of “separation”) that will change that, or persuade them to do otherwise. Even in the event of a total national collapse, they would STILL be blaming the evil capitalists and conservatives to their last breath.
What could possibly change their minds?
I agree. I was hoping for more from these tapes.
If they had Obama directly saying racial things or calling for a radical redesign of our government and constitution, then that could call highlight what he stands for and he could be forced to either defend or denounce his prior statements.
But endorsing a speaker who says these things is no different than his current affiliations.
In 2008 1) we had an economic crash to worry about, and McCain seemed to be abungling fool, and 2) no pubbies were exercised about this except Hannity and talk radio, because the had no way to countering the race card. So most voters never saw or heard what Wrght said.
