This is what I expected. "Rush" didn't do squat afaict. The band was "cc'd" on a letter by a record company legal manager (is he even a lawyer?), with extremely weak threats or basis.

It's not clear that the band members have any say in what this yahoo does or doesn't do.

So Anthem Records can afford a headquarters in Cabbagetown (expensive old real estate near downtown Toronto), but their legal department can be reached at FarmerMail@cogeco.ca instead of, say, legal@sro-anthem.com?

Colour me skeptical.
