Excellent article, except for the one snarky reference to Santorum.
I didn’t post it to highlight his swipe at Santorum but it told us which side of the political divide he stands, so in that regard it was useful.
Which makes it quite clear that he can’t see the parallels to Romney and Obama; that things happening in Europe and outlined in French politics is our present path/future now that Obama has pushed us so far left. The GOP (Romney boosters) unconvincingly tell conservatives they can fix the economy and reverse the trend (but not much about shrinking Big government which is where the problem stems from).
We need to take heed and not follow them over the cliff but rather stand our conservative ground in this GOP Primary fight. If we settle for Romney, the GOP-e will surely make any future fight from the right is batted away in a blink. Just as they have made examples of the 2010 conservative class the base sent to the Hill.
It is TIME TO HAVE THIS OUT with the GOP-e.
