When they did this with Libya, there was a growing push back in Congress. It was tampered down by Boehner and McCain/Kerry duo.

Then they tried to rename it kinetic military action, R2P...They let this set a precedent to make congress obsolete , and move more power to Obama/UN/soros. Being complicit is helping advance their power grabs. Players are in both parties.
