I cannot believe you are saying that. We have no right to do this. Imagine another nation sending their troops into the US to "take out" one of our citizens for any reason whatsoever?
I know we have done this sort of thing in the past, but in almost every case there was a need to protect Americans or our interests. We should never attempt to coopt a liberal cause célèbre to prevent Obama from using it first. If you take out one Ugandan warlord, others will spring up like dragon's teeth.
